WAIT light does not turn on

Reported via desktop in the Pedestrian wait button not working category anonymously at 17:13, Sun 8 November 2020

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2377079.

When the pedestrian button on the north side of the crossing is pressed, the WAIT light does not turn on. This has been an issue for approx. a week.
