  • In addition to the central reservation light being on all the time. renewing some of the road outside number 3 it has created an enormous pavement puddle which depending on the degree of rain creates one or more major problems (a) A heavy rain fall requires a pedestrian to walk in the main A 316road or slosh through it. (b) It remains as a puddle for several days until it dries out (c) Falling leaves in the puddle make it more for anyone walking dangerous as they become slippery (d) even a lesser fall of rain creates a smaller puddle I am over 80 and deemed very vulnerable.
