Flooding on carriageway at bus stop

Reported via desktop in the Standing water category by Garry Nash at 13:27, Thu 12 November 2020

Sent to TfL 13 minutes later. TfL ref: FMS2384098.

The bus lane carriageway is flooding by the bus stop outside Bus Stop D. THis is in the northbound carriageway outside the Joe Public takeaway. It has been flooding for many months after a rainfall. The issue is that as buses pull into the stop, they soak any pedestrians or people waiting for the bus. Can this please be resolved as it is leading to an incredibly poor experience at such a busy bus stop.

  • This issue is not rectified. Whenever it rains, there is a flood at the bus stop. Passengers when waiting at the stop get soaked from the spray from the vehicle wheels. How can the issue be closed if the flooding still occurs?
