Streetspace not good for accessibility

Reported via desktop in the Streetspace Feedback category anonymously at 11:24, Fri 13 November 2020

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2385562.

I am a licensed taxi driver who picked up an elderly gentleman on Edgware Road who wanted to get some keys cut on Praed St. He had extreme difficulty walking and used a stick. As I arrived at the shop he needed I was unable to drop him safely outside because of all the barriers in the way on either side of the street. You are discriminating against the elderly by blocking safe access to the pavements. Please do not reply with a generic ‘it’s not our fault’. It's your responsibility to allow the elderly and people with a disability to have safe access to their local high street.
