Missing slab on 313 commercial road

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2385685.
Member of the public was walking on 313 commercial road where there was a slab missing on pavement where possibly a tree had been removed. There is grass growing over it and they wasn't able to see the stump. As a result, they were injured which is a safety hazard to pedestrians especially if they are walking at night and needs to be investigated as soon as possible.
