Member of the public was walking on 313 commercial road where there was a slab missing on pavement where possibly a tree had been removed. There is grass growing over it and they wasn't able to see the stump. As a result, they were injured which is a safety hazard to pedestrians especially if they are walking at night and needs to be investigated as soon as possible.
Your report has been investigated and we have reported this to our contractors. If this confirmed as a safety issue this will be made safe within two hours. If a permanent repair is required, we will aim to carry it out within 28 days. Thank you for taking the time to report this to us.
