Park Lane Traffic going Northbound often people turn right onto on coming vehicles at the junction with Upper Grosvenor Street , this is due to them not being aware its no right turn due to very poor signage , I witness this happen 10 times a day and i have witnessed crashes my office faces this mess , please see uploaded images
