One of the Two Manholes totally blocked by debris

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2391624.

Man holes are located outside 94 Park Lane on Park Lane , the road sweepers have tried in vain to clear it but one is still clogged with mud and you need a heavy pole to push through the solid muck when it rains water stagnates
