Traffic light fault

Reported via desktop in the General Fault category anonymously at 11:18, Tue 17 November 2020

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2391807.

Hi there. Would just like to report a dangerous traffic light signal at the marked spot - heading southbound. The traffic lights on the main cross road on oldfields junction (southbound), the lights set slightly back from this junction (central barrier parting) can be very clearly seen from the cross roads. In the conditions I faced yesterday on the road the lights are easily misrepresented as the main crossroads light. I unfortunately made the mistake of taking the green signal as the main set of lights while sat waiting for the light to change. Luckily I did not cause an accident but my I suggest reviewing these lights and possibly take action putting a filter on these so the status of these lights cannot be seen from the junction I hope this is addressed so non other can make this mistake which may cause a serious accident
