The surface on the steps up/down to the subway under the railway are loose and dangerous.

Reported via desktop in the Pavement Defect (uneven surface / cracked paving slab) category anonymously at 16:05, Wed 18 November 2020

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2394398.

The steps have some kind of surface attached to them which has become loose and is a trip/slip hazard. This subway is very busy and used by those with pushchairs and bikes to avoid the south circular who have to carry them down these dangerous steps. Please could these steps be repaired? I'm sure it is overdue as they have been like this for some time.
