Outside 51A Brownhill Rd

Sent to TfL 2 minutes later. TfL ref: FMS2396047.

Resident here uses black & yellow plastic strips so that they can drive they car over the kerb into their driveway. Not sure if this is allowed. Also, because of these strips, they have, in the past, gathered rainwater and blocked the gullies.
