Defective traffic lights causing congestion and pollution.

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2396341.
The pedestrian wait button is permanently active. Lights turn red perpetually blocking traffic, causing congestion and consequently pollution as well. The push to red cycle is abnormally quick. All other pedestrian wait lights in the area and in this road take several minutes between cycles even if the button is pressed immediately.
