Updates

  • This is currently very dangerous - I was almost hit by a van on Saturday while I was crossing on a green man (red traffic) light. The driver went through the red light at full speed as they could not see it until the last moment when coming over the hump bridge. This needs to be fixed as a priority as it is a major safety issue.

    State changed to: Fixed

  • I walked past this again today and do not agree that it is fixed. The lights are still rotated at approximately 45 degrees, and are facing the bus stop on the other side of the road. Please see attached photos, including how little of the light is visible from the road and how hard it is for drivers to see the light. This is still a major safety concern for me, after nearly being hit by a van run the red light at speed last week.
