Wait button missing
Reported via desktop in the Pedestrian wait button not working category anonymously at 10:22, Friday 20 November 2020
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2397005.
All the lines are there, but there is no button to press? The timings of the lights do not allow a safe cross in any format either, so I can only assume its gone AWOL the button?
YYour report has been investigated and we can confirm that there is a fault with the pedestrian wait button. We have passed this to our contractors, and it will be fixed within 28 days. To note all Action Scheduled reports are auto closed after 28 days, the fault however will be fixed within the timescale stated above which may be sooner or in a few cases take a little longer.
