Cycle signal shows green within general traffic stage

Cycle signal on the approach to the signalised cycle crossing towards Elephant and Castle station shows a green light at the same time as cars have a green light. Please see the photo attached. The cycle signal at the other side of the crossing is correctly showing a red light.
