Sent to TfL less than a minute later.
TfL ref: FMS2403745.
This means that the traffic is stopped every 20 seconds to allow pedestrians to cross even though no-one is there. In morning traffic this is causeing huge delays and the traffic is backed up all along Roehampton Lane and about half a mile back on to the A3 as people are turning on to Roehampton Lane. It has been like this for over a week.
Our routine inspections had already picked up this issue and it has been resolved. Thank you for taking the time to report this to us. Should you need anything else or have any questions please contact customer services on 0343 222 1234

If this problem refers to the pelican crossing in Roehampton Lane at Majestic Wines, then it has not been resolved; it is still putting in a cross sequence every 20 to 30 seconds. It could only be resolved if the lights have been resequenced to do this.
