Smashed glass and non-functioning countdown

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2403982.
Glass behind seating at shelter has been shattered and countdown display is non-functioning. These issues have been present for several weeks now.
Your report has been investigated and we have reported this to our contractors. If this is confirmed as a safety issue, we will do our best to make safe within four hours. Otherwise we aim to fix it within 28 days. If new parts are needed this may take a little longer.
