Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2405992.
At the very busy junction of Camden Road and Camden Park Road the lights are twisted in the wrong direction. I saw two cars go through the red light this morning while kids were waiting to cross. L

This is still not fixed, over two weeks later. It's seriously dangerous - I was almost involved in a three-way collision this evening.

I updated the wrong report (just above) - the issue is at the York Way / Camden Road junction. I've created FMS2432235.
