3rd time reporting the same issues
Reported via desktop in the Manhole Cover - Damaged (rocking or noisy) category anonymously at 12:45, Fri 27 November 2020
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2407844.
I have check with the council and they said while the manhole is not TFL responsibility, TFL should serve notice to the relevant utility.
I have been going around circles trying to understand who is responsible for this so while the road is TFL responsibility please direct me to whom I need to complain about he manhole
