Loose and uneven paving

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2412770.

My wife was walking to work across Battersea bridge (northbound on the west side of the bridge) when she had an extremely serious fall - she had tripped over a loose and uneven paving slab.

Please fix!
