Eastbound traffic light rotated and hardly visible.

Reported via desktop in the Damage - pole leaning / equipment detached from pole/facing the wrong direction category anonymously at 12:56, Tue 1 December 2020

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2413246.

Previous incident for this issue is marked as fixed however the issue is still present, therefore creating a new issue. Lights are pointing at approximately 45 degrees across the road, directly at the bus stop on the opposite side of the road. It is very hard to see the lights when driving eastbound over the hump bridge. As a pedestrian I was nearly hit by a van running the red light which they didn't see, and therefore this needs to be looked at urgently as a serious safety risk please.
