Cast iron cover

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2416237.
I am writing to inform about a cast iron cover in front of 19 St George Wharf building. Every time a bus or car passes over it the cover makes a loud noise. Also, I am not sure how dangerous it can be for cars if the cover is not stable. I saw some workers working around it a few days ago. It would be great if someone could look into it and fix it.

Good morning,
I'm writing to inform about the cast iron cover which I reported a few months ago is noisy again despite I saw some works being done last night. The road around the cover has been flattened but the cover makes a sharp noise every time a car passes over it (which can be a few times every minute).
I would be grateful if anybody could take a look into this issue.
