Six months, multiple reports, no action by TFL

Previous References: 21/07/2020 - 15090804 23/07/2020 - 15094319 09/09/2020 - FMS2286853 02/11/2020 - FMS2367619 Highlighting again following the vehicle pedestrian collision one junction south of these lights on the A10 today
Left hand side traffic light amber and green not working on exit of Dunsmure Road to A10.
Constant congestion & horns being used. Dangerous overtaking on wrong side of road to overtake drivers who haven’t realised or the vehicles parked on the double yellows leading up to the lights almost permanently.
Your report has been investigated and we can confirm that there is a fault with these traffic lights. We have passed this to our contractors, and we aim to fix within 28 days. Please provide an update on this task, the works are still not compete & this issue was first reported in July.
