Lights for pedestrian crossing are facing wrong way

Reported via desktop in the Damage - pole leaning / equipment detached from pole/facing the wrong direction category anonymously at 15:49, Sat 12 December 2020

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2429023.

The lights for the crossing have been turned round and are not visible for pedestrians crossing the road here.
