Blocked drains on west side of tower bridge road

Reported via desktop in the Blocked drain category anonymously at 18:18, Mon 14 December 2020

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2431876.

There are several blocked drains on the west side of tower bridge road, particularly outside of the entrance to the Premier Inn. This means that when raining, the footpath floods, causing pedestrians to have to use the road to walk down rather than the footpath. Tried reporting this to Tfl as this is a red route, but their site has said that the council maintains this road rather than them.
