Pedestrian phase timing

Reported via desktop in the Pedestrian wait button not working category anonymously at 10:50, Wed 16 December 2020

The wait time for pedestrians using the south side call button is too long. The time has been increased in recent years beyong what is reasonable, Crossing without the light is difficult, even when traffic is light, because of busesparking nearby for long periods blocking the view of westbound traffic.
