Man hole cover has fallen away, have reported to BT 3 weeks ago. They put temporary red barriers up then, which have now gone and there is further damage to man hole, it’s completely caved in. I called them again today they told me they would be out but to report to the local authority. I am really worried about it and not sure they are taking it seriously... it’s right out side my house and I have a 2 year old.
