The pedestrian wait buttons on both sides of the road are unresponsive

Reported via mobile in the Pedestrian wait button not working category anonymously at 04:35, Thu 17 December 2020

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2435716.

The pedestrian wait buttons on both sides of the road are unresponsive to being pressed, it was reported over a year ago but still nothing has been done. There is a risk to the public as you always have to just cross the road between traffic. Please could someone sort out the issue
