Traffic light struck red right turn from Homesdale

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2435806.

Traffic light turning right out of homesdale road onto Masons Hill stuck red so nothing can move or have to risk red light with other traffic. Probably a fault with system and light rota. Was like that 10 minutes ago not sure how long but traffic severely building as people using that route I stead of A21.
