I was ‘baptised’ this morning 3 times, whilst waiting at the bus stop at Melville gardens towards Arnos Grove. If I moved back, the bus didn’t see me and drove past me. There needs to be a solution to this as we can’t just get soaked every time it rains if we need a bus

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2441090.
This is not the first time that I have been splashed. A colleague of mine needing the same bus a couple of years ago got splashed so hard that her mobile phone stopped working from water damage.
It’s ridiculous that after so long, pedestrians have to still get soaked whilst waiting for a bus on rainy days.
There are several parts of this road (north circular road/a406) that have the slight ditches that cause people to get wet. However this particular area is by the bus stop of Melville gardens.
