Christmas trees are on the pavement

Reported via desktop in the Pavement Overcrowding category anonymously at 10:13, Mon 21 December 2020

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2441323.

Comments: It seems the owner of the above shop [at 288 Upper Richmond Road) is still displaying Xmas trees and plants dangerously on the pavement outside the shop. The trees block people getting out of their cars in red bay adjacent. Can you please stop him from doing this as it is a danger as people try to get past his goods.
