Reported via desktop in the Stuck on red category anonymously at 10:14, Mon 21 December 2020
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2441325.
The cycle lane lights on Woolwich Road j/w Blackwall Approach (outside Thai Tiger) appear to be stuck in red. 0600 hrs this morning I sat through 4 cycles of vehicular signals with bikes stuck on red.

Sensors are facing correct way but despite presence being detected (little red light comes on) the lights still do not change (as witnessed 5 minutes waiting on 24th Dec at 22:40)
