Footway collapses and no water drain outside No. 285

Reported via desktop in the Standing water category by Thomas Kulpa at 13:19, Tue 22 December 2020

Sent to TfL 20 hours, 56 minutes later. TfL ref: FMS2443396.

Footway collapses along the channel outside property No. 283 & 285 Lower Richmond Road. Water is almost reaching back of footway and it is an inch deep. Pedestrians struggle to pass each other and I can not get to my door with double buggy (Im renting 285). This section never dries because it has enough mud to keep it wet. It is like that since I moved in in July 2020.
