First signal eastbound carriageway is rotated and not working.

Reported via mobile in the Damage - pole leaning / equipment detached from pole/facing the wrong direction category anonymously at 22:41, Tue 22 December 2020

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2444177.

Pole is now unlit and unprotected with no island or bollards. Appears dangerous.

    Signal heads are turned on junction with upper Thames street and puddle dock on 31/01/21. Please check and fix

    This signal is damaged again and leaning. Please make safe. Please change the arrangement here because it keeps being hit and is therefore is dangerous and could injure a road user next time it is hit again.
