Damaged pavements, poor surface on footway

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2454006.
Especially outside Greggs store but everywhere Spoken to Richmond & Hounslow council who BOTH confirm this is with TFL to resolve so please resolve and not pass back as this has been going for nearly a year with no action.

Further update on the defect reported. the area between GREGGS and pavement is privately owned and is neither the boroughs or TfL's responsibility to repair.
