  • 11:30 on and the hack hammers start .... during an extremely stressful time - wtf are you thinking! We are in lockdown traffic during the day should be light but you deem it acceptable to disturb every resident in the areas night - you clearly don’t give a damn about people that lived here..... as shown by the extreme atragsncd with the suspension of the congestion charge resident discount scheme - you should be ashamed of yourselves ..... and I can pretty much guarantee the workers were in a great rate for Kate night working
