Large pothole on the slip road of A406 by Brent cross Shopping centre
Sent to TfL 3 minutes later. TfL ref: FMS2461051.
This pothole has already damaged two tyres and other road users have been affected. Motorcyclists are at a very high risk which could lead to accidents. This needs to be dealt with as soon as possible.The location is as you are going towards Hendon central.

Hi, did you mean on the slip road from the A406 up to the interchange roundabout with A41? Or the slip road from that roundabout to join the A41? Or is it the one illustrated, on the road system directly outside the shopping centre? As I've been there, I can't see any pothole on the first mentioned slip road but other people have complained on the map about the one illustrated at traffic lights outside the shopping centre, which is still not level.
