Thames Water have fitted a new cover over the Christmas period – see photo attached. Due to the heavy traffic on the A3 it has quickly become loose. Now, every car or lorry makes it clink loudly. Please can you have a team urgently secure the drain cover and also request that Thames Water make a permanent repair.
