UKPN works on A3 Roehampton Vale/Robin Hood Way - Kingston By-pass causing long tailbacks

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2463600.

I was stuck in this for about half an hour this morning,

The left lane on Robin Hood Way going towards Kingston is closed and the left lane on Roehampton Vale just past the roundabout is closed for about 100 metres. There were some UKPN vans parked on Roehampton Vale, there is no permit on street manager and nothing on roadworks.org/Elgin.
