Traffic light head twisted round

The traffic light concerned is in the central refuge on the Reigate Avenue side of the A217 junction with Sutton Common Road and faces traffic going from Oldfields Road to Reigate Avenue. It carries a right hand green filter arrow for turning right from Oldfields Road into Sutton Common Road. The head of this traffic light is twisted round so that its main lights are only partially visible and the filter arrow is barely visible at all
