New Pedestian Crossing Problems

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2466046.

Firstly there are still large bollards on the central islands that reduce the space on this new pedestrian crossing. Two buggies and/or wheelchair could not pass in this space.

Secondly, the timings of the green man on the WEST side of the crossing are unacceptable. The RED light for traffic moving North along High Road lasts at least 30 seconds to allow flow from Philip Lane. The Green Man however only lasts 10 seconds - please match this closer to the timing of the RED light.
