04/143 - STC0229259: What appears to be an ESP (for street lights) is raised from the ground and leaning on site. No labels on equipment unknown who it belongs to. Feels as though if leant on it will topple over. Straightened as best as possible and hazard taped as a temporary measure. Informed by MOP while on site they had witnessed someone attempt to sit on it recently and fell off. Follow-up required by relevant authority to properly secure to ground. To be raised via the TLRN website (images attached).
