The above report cannot be completely accurate - I'm just in from late shopping and the street lighting column directly opposite the northbound bus stop 'S' and named 'Brooke Road' is as dead now as it was when I reported it. What was the factual basis for me to be told at 10.10 this morning that the issue "has been resolved" when at 10.10 this evening it manifestly has not been? Are you really telling me that it was, but has re-faulted inside 12 hours?

I regret to have to say that this problem has still not been resolved; that light is not working. Again, I'm just back in - it's a 3-minute walk from my front door - after a short walk to exercise in the evening when almost no-one else is about. I do not know if this is all because there's actually a problem with correctly identifying the precise location: it's outside the party wall boundary between nos. 120 [Horc & Co] and 118 [Rocket Barber Shop] Stoke Newington High Street, directly opposite the northbound bus stop as previously mentioned. Do you have access to Google maps streetview to verify? Is there really a problem gaining safe kerbside access for the crow's nest cradle because of the barriers in the carriageway giving more pedestrian space? Is your contractor blatantly telling you porkies?

Just back in and happy to be able to report that it's working. Thanks.
