This problem has not been fixed, which is why it was reported. Work has previously been carried out but has subsequently failed. The sunken drain/ Manhole Cover is still sunken and the repair to the road surface has made matters worse. As there are now two deep ruts caused by the tyres of passing vehicles. Every car now dips as it passes through and lorries in particular make noise and physical disturbance in the form of making the nearby houses shake.

Doesn't appear to have been fixed properly, need to take avoiding action otherwise damage to vehicle is likely. The quality of repair around the two manhole covers is not acceptable.
