Reported via desktop in the Stuck on red category anonymously at 11:25, Fri 29 January 2021

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2509322.

The pedestrian crossing on Philip Lane / Tottenham High Road is not synchronized with the rest of the junction and there is always incoming traffic, meaning it is never safe to cross. There is also no pedestrian lights.

  • Tell your team to visit the site and they will realise that this isn't the case. The reason your system is showing that is because there are missing pedestrian lights on a section of that crossing, which therefore aren't reflected in that system and in the synchronisation . This needs to be fixed immediately.
