The pavement at the corner between 398 Seven Sisters Road and Portland Rise never dries off after rain or snow, becoming slippery and really dangerous for everyone. It can literally take a couple of continuous sunny weeks for it to dry off. This is extremely dangerous because people are forced to walk on the street to avoid the puddles.
