Traffic light improvement for cyclist

For cyclists. Is it possible to paint x yellow lines across the crossroad. This will make sure buses and cars do not stop in the middle and on the cycle lane when is red for them. It is extremely dangerous sometimes buses do not care as per the photo. Many thanks, Manuel
