Traffic light stuck on red

Lights to go right or straight stuck on red. The bus lane light and all other lights were working. This was at around 05:55 am on Sunday 31 Jan. I waited for around 5 sets of cycles and when it was an obvious issue and there was absolutely no vehicles around apart from a van behind me, I drove on.
