Hole where "Parking Zone" sign knocked down

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2518837.
Rochester Way opposite Wricklemarsh Road junction. The controlled parking zone signpost has been knoked down causing deep hole in at it's base in the pavement.
Your report has been investigated and we have reported this to our contractors. If this confirmed as a safety issue this will be made safe within two hours. This has not been fixed - I received an update saying it is not the responsibility of TFL and I must Re-Report ir!- I never said it was anything to do with TFL in the first place The sign that has been knocked down is a Royal Borough Of Greenwich "restricted parking zone" metal sign mounted on a metal pole - so surely it is the council's responsibility - as is the big hole in the pavement
