Tactile revolving cones not working

Reported via desktop in the Pedestrian wait button not working category anonymously at 16:01, Tue 2 February 2021

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2519648.

I am a blind person living and working in Lambeth North area. I rely on the tactile cones to tell me when it is safe to cross. However, in recent weeks I have noticed two of the tactile cones on the wait box are not working. This is on the junction of Kennington Road both on the North and South sides crossing Lambeth Road.
